1952

Introduction of EM range of Servo Mechanical AC Voltage Stabilisers

1961

Move from Kilburn north London to new factory in Watford.

1963

True solid-state, low distortion AC Voltage stabilisers introduced. Still the basis of the very latest 'solid state' stabilisers made today.

1973

Stabilisers supplied to the CERN project in Genéve.

1984

Major contact awarded to supply over 500 stabilisers for unmanned television transmitters.

1988

Company moved to Corby, Northants.

1994

EM range extended by the addition of the EM21 Series, providing 50% more kVA for the same frame and size.

2000

EM21 design technology introduced to entire stabiliser range up to 8000 kVA

2004

Econostab energy saving stabilisers introduced.

2009

Powersaver Voltage Optimiser range introduced.
